Kindly note that the 20% VAT is included in the registration fees shown below and that our official platform does not charge any service fees.

Payment methods and conditions

Bank transfers are no longer accepted for individual registrations or for group orders of fewer than 15 badges. Credit card payment is now mandatory for all individual registrations as well as for any order under 15 badges.

Please note that if payment is not received within the applicable fee deadline, your registrations will be canceled, and your new orders will be charged at the current applicable fee.

Please find the deadlines below :

Early fee rate: Payment to be received by March 12th.
Regular rate: Payment to be received by April 30th.
Late rate: As payment must be received before the congress, payment to be received by May 15th.

In all cases, payment must be received before the start of the course in order to maintain your registration.

If you are a healthcare professional coming from a conflict affected & social fragility country*, you are eligible for a special onsite fee. The presentation of your passport is mandatory during registration.
*Based on the official country list provided by the World Bank

For your security, photo verification will be required to access EuroPCR. Kindly upload a photo of yourself during the registration process.
Deadlines are at midnight CET on the specified dates.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations must be made by email and are subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation until 3 May 2026
- Within 14 calendar days after the order confirmation, registration will be refunded in full without penalties.
No refunds are made for cancellations requested from 3 May 2026.

The Organising Committee cannot be held responsible for double registration. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.
